Art & Ultimate Survival Techniques

Observations of Survivers From Prison Camps as well as many diseases.

Look for Things for which to Give Thanks.

Do not hate the enemy/disease. Try to understand. Take RESPONSIBILITY for YOUR SELF.

Believe in yourself. Go for it. You can do it.

Create a vision for the future. Think of it frequently. Adapt to the present to survive...
1. Participate in your camp/community. Make a difference.
2. Form social relationships with those available, people/animals.
3. Keep your mental and physical health at its best.
4. Keep your mind alert. Start a new activity, Music, Journaling, Gardening, or Art. See www.ladolcevitaartistsclub.com

Believe in yourself. Write your personal affirmations. Mediate FREQUENTLY. List items to be THANKFUL for... Be helpful to others. Create an attitude to understand others. Focus on the future. Enjoy life with zest and enthusiam, as much as possible. Take quiet time as often as you can.

  • SECRETS OF HAPPINESS:
FOCUS: Take time each morning to think about your day and your future. Our life experience is based on what we focus on. Look forward not backward.
  • GIVE THANKS for all things.
  • Fine tune your life. The physical affects the mental and the mental affects the physical.
  • REMOVE...everything in your home, ofice, or car that is associated with a bad memory. Live in the now.
  • SMILE: Associate with people who are fun.
  • TURMOIL: Remove it from your life and keep it out.
  • SIMPLIFY: Keep your life simple.  Omit debt. Go cash. Keep an open mind. Enjoy the simple things. Smell the roses.
  • Plan for tommorrow.  Live today as if the last.
  • AIM: What is your chief aim in life. What can you get excited about? Prioritize.
  • Note: These obsevations were made while reading about the lives of Viktor Frankl (in prison camp - 3 years) and Jaycee Dugard (in prison camp/backyard - 18 years)...and studying many people who got well after experiencing a serious illness.
